License

The standard licensing agreement is a "single-user license". This gives you unlimited usage rights to the photos for an unlimited time to promote your company only. This includes social media, web, print, etc. Any marketing objective that directly promotes your brand is acceptable usage. Magazine features are ok. This does not give any other parties (decor, furniture, materials, builder, architect, etc.) rights to use the photos for their purposes unless they purchase their own license.

Cost-sharing

If you have others parties interesting in using the photos, it's a great opportunity to save money and share the cost. I charge an additional 30% of the bill for each additional user. This can significantly reduce the individual cost for each party.

• For example: If the total bill for 20 photos for a single user is $1750, and 3 parties are interested in the photos. 30% of $1750 is $525 for each additional party. $1750 + $525 + $525 = $2800 for all 3 parties. $2800 / 3 parties = approx $930 per party. So that's a savings of $820! ($1750 - $930 = $820) This is a great deal and a common scenario when the architect and other project participants are interested in the photos.
